Charlotte Williams, Superintendent

The district will be recognizing employees each month for outstanding service.  These employees are observed as being in compliance with district and administrative policies and always go the extra mile to enhance student progress and program success.  One teacher and one paraprofessional at each campus will be recognized each month from September through May.  One district support staff member from the combined departments of auxiliary services and central office staff will also be recognized each month from September through May.  Recognition includes receiving a certificate of accomplishment from the superintendent and the board and a $100 bonus (minus the fringes).  At the end of the year, the name of all those who were selected throughout the year will be placed in a drawing for a $500 bonus which will be awarded in June.

The September employees are:

Teacher of the Month:  Lesley Dotson (High School), Kimberly Raines (Middle School) and Stacey Cauthorn (Elementary)

Paraprofessional of the Month:  Gaye Granberry (High School), D'Anne Campbell (Middle School) and Tammy Wise (Elementary)

Support Staff of the Month: Clyde "Bubba" Lewis (District Maintenance)
